If you contact us by email or telephone, you submit your details voluntarily. They will be used for internal purposes, including sending quotations and general communication. Your data (incl. name, address, tel. no., email address, VAT no.) will be stored locally by us for six months for the purpose of processing your enquiry and for subsequent related questions.
When you work with us
Your details will be used for internal purposes only, i.e. sending quotations, invoices and general communication. In accordance with the GDPR, your personal data (incl. name, address, tel. no., email address, VAT no.) is deleted seven years after our working relationship comes to an end. This includes personal data contained in original/translated documents and translation memories. All data is exclusively stored locally. Your data is forwarded for tax purposes and also, if required, for insurance and legal purposes.
